This widen double-track sawmill is ideal for producing boards ranging from 0.2" to 10" in thickness, and easily handles cutting widths from 39" to 98". The saw head height is precisely calibrated by computer, and the entire cutting process is automatically controlled by the PLC system, providing superior precision, saving you time and energy. Whether you are processing oak, pine, or composite materials, this sawmill can operate efficiently, even with extra wide and long logs. What's more, its advanced automation features make it easy to operate with just 1-3 people. The cut boards can be unloaded automatically. The machine handles the entire process seamlessly - from loading, rotating, positioning, clamping to sawing the logs into usable or saleable lumber.
