Product Description
Glass fiber surface mat is a strand yarn cut from glass fiber fibrils, which is randomly and uniformly distributed into continuous glass fiber sheets by papermaking method and bonded with emulsion. Its main performance, characteristics: chemical corrosion resistance, fire, flame retardant, waterproof, aging resistance, weather resistance, insulation and other characteristics. It is widely used as fiberglass base cloth, anti-corrosion, heat preservation, fire retardant, waterproof material, epoxy clad copper plate and electrical insulation products.The main uses of glass fiber surface felt are divided into three types:
1. Medium alkali glass fiber surface felt is suitable for continuous machine operation or hand paste production of all kinds of FRP products (FRP), plates, pipes, tanks, boats, baths and other products.
2. Alkali-free glass fiber surface felt is used for epoxy covering copper plate and electrical insulation products.
3. Alkali glass fiber surface felt for battery insulation, roof waterproof, gypsum board protection panel, plastic floor and chemical pipeline lining anti-leakage, anti-corrosion high-quality materials.
Glass fiber surface felt is mainly used in the surface layer of glass fiber reinforced plastic products.
