Product Description
LV-855A is designed for mass production of auto parts, electronic communication parts, aerospace parts, medical equipment processing, precision mold manufacturing and so on.
1. The five major castings adopt advanced HT300 resin sand castings, which eliminate the internal stress aftertempering, vibration and natural aging treatment.
2. Three axis have no pad block. Both grinding and scraping are used between the bearing seat and the body to ensure the three points'concentricity accuracy of the screw rod.
3. Machine with low gravity center and gantry type structure make the machine more stable.
4. Equipped with imported precision linear rail, C3 ball screw rod, P4 NSK bearing.
