What is the MOQ?

For 16L, 18L and 20L sprayer, our MOQ is 100pcs; for 1-3L, 5L, 8L, 10L sprayer, the MOQ is 500pcs.

2. Can you make customization and does it need any requirements?

We supply OEM, for printing logo on big sprayer(like 16L, 18L, 20L), the MOQ is 100pcs.
For color box, when the quantity is over 800pcs, it is free; 200-800pcs, we will charge extra $84 as color box fee.

3. What color can you supply?

Our neutral colors are blue, green, yellow, orange and red. If you need special color, the MOQ is 500pcs.

4. What about the guarantee?

If it is the quality problem, we will bear. If the sprayer can be repaired by changing spare parts, we will send you free spare parts with next order;
if it can't be repaired, we will send you new one with next order.

5.What is your terms of payment?

We accept T/T and L/C. For T/T, 30% T/T IN ADVANCE, THE BALANCE VIA B/L COPY.

6.How about your delivery time?

Generally, it will take about 7-15 days after receiving prepayment.

7.What is your sample policy?

If we have stock, we can deliver it after you pay it. When we don't have stock, it will take 3-5 days to produce. And please pay the sample fee and delivery cost.

8.How to ensure the sprayer without any leakage?

The key is at the process of welding inspection. We have 3 process of welding inspection:
water pressure test, breaking test,and leak test.

9.How to ensure 100% quality for assembling products?

100% test at assembling line.
