Q: Could you provide sample for testing before placing an order?
A: Yes. A) Existing sample for free, can deliver immediately; B) Customized sample requires some sample cost, will be deliver within 3~7 days;
There are two ways to ship the sample 1) If customer has their own courier A/C, such as:DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT etc, we will ship the sample with freight cost collected by their A/C. 2) If customer doesn't have courier A/C, they can pay to us and we prepay the freight to courier.
Q: Could you accept OEM order and make products exactly based on customer's design?
A: Yes, we always welcome any OEM order and make custom products as per specific requirements.
Q: What kind of payment term can you accept?
