 Operating principle of tungsten heating elements:
tungsten has high melting point, high resistivity, good strength and low steam pressure, which is suitable for heating.
The film material is placed in a heater in the vacuum chamber.
Under high vacuum conditions, it is heated by a heater (tungsten wire heater) to evaporate.
When the Mean free path of the vapor molecule is greater than the linear size of the vacuum chamber, the atoms and molecules of the vapor escape from the surface of the evaporation source, are less impacted and hindered by other molecules or atoms, and can directly reach the surface of the substrate to be plated. Due to the low temperature of the substrate, they condense on it to form a film.
 
Performance characteristics: Selected WAL1 tungsten wire as raw material, the heating element produced by professional equipment has characteristics such as high melting point, good corrosion resistance, and long evaporation life.


Tungsten heating element is made of tungsten wire, which has a high melting point and high corrosion resistance.
It is mainly used for decorative items such as vacuum gold plating and aluminum, mirrors such as chrome plating, plastic products, and heating elements.
The tungsten heater can be twisted into single or multiple strands according to the specific requirements of the sample or drawing, and the tungsten wire used can be pure tungsten wire or doped tungsten wire.
The diameter range of tungsten wire is between 0.2 and 1.2mm.

Polishing and white surface products are available, special sizes can be manufactured based on customers' requirements.
