Wire:Material preparation→melting→re-melting→forging→hot rolling→heat treatment→surface treatment→drawing(rolling)→finish heat treatment→inspection→package→warehouse

Application of all grades:
NiCr 80/20:in braking resistors,industrial furnaces,flat irons, ironing machines, water heaters, plastic moulding dies, soldering irons, metal sheathed tubular elements and cartridge elements.
NiCr 70/30:in industrial furnaces. well suited for reducing atmospheres, as it is not subject to 'green rot'.
NiCr 60/15:in braking resistors,industrial furnaces,hot plates, grills, toaster ovens and storage heaters. For suspended coils in air heaters in clothes dryers, fan heaters, hand dryers.
NiCr 35/20:in braking resistors,industrial furnaces.In night-storage heaters, convection heaters, heavy duty rheostats and fan heaters. For heating cables and rope heaters in defrosting and de-icing elements, electric blankets and pads, car seats, baseboard heaters and floorheater.
