It can demount and mount all kinds of truck, bus and off the road tires.
It is operated by a movable low-voltage control console, and this console is light-weight and easy to carry.
The operating voltage is 24V, safe and stable.
The tool head and bead breaking disk can rotate to make it convenient to adjust the position to dismount/mount the tire.
The tool arm, lifting arm and jaw clamps are all hydraulically driven.
The guide rail is welded first and then machined. This can prevent welding deformation defects, ensure the accuracy of the guide rail, and make the tool arm movement more stable and smooth.

1. Why is filter-regulator (FRL) so important?
It dry the air so there is no moisture inside pneumatic components. It lubricates the rubber seals to extend its service life. In general FRL is important to maintain long service life of the machine.
2. When working table doesn't turn, how to determine if the problem comes from gearbox, motor or switch?
Disconnect belt and see if the motor can run properly. If not, test the motor itself to see clockwise rotation and anti-clockwise rotation. If motor running properly then the problem is the switch.

3. When working table doesn't have needed power to clamp the rim, how to trouble shooting if the problem comes from table cylinder, turning air distributor or pedal valve?
