1. The HT300 integrated casting bed has high tensile and seismic resistance.
2.Designed with a 45 degree tilt angle, it is more convenient to remove debris and eliminates the trouble of entanglement and damage to parts.
3. The bed adopts a large turret with a center height of 125 at 12 workstations, which has a larger span and is suitable for single tool 12mm cutting without being inferior to hard rail machine tools.
4. The machine tool is equipped with an A2-8 large spindle unit, and the through-hole can achieve 80 bar material passing through 70, making it convenient to do some long axis work.
5. The machine tool is equipped with a 15KW low-speed large torque motor, which can reach 215NM in torque. In the later stage, a reducer can also be installed, so there is no need to worry about damaging the tool due to workpieces that cannot be dried.
