This juice processing line contains the whole juice making machine with food grade stainless steel. This production line is automatic, so it is easy to operate and with less manpower.
Whole Process flowchart:
1, High speed sugar melting pot:
Sugar is one of the main components of fruit juice beverage. The process of sugar cane dissolved in water is called sugar dissolving operation. The syrup melting System generally contains sugar powder transportation, sugar powder dissolving, syrup sterilizing, syrup filtrating & cooling and syrup storage, etc. In some circumstances, it needs syrup desaeration. It equips with heating device, agitator. It has advantage of simple structure and convenient operation
2, Juice Mixing tank:
Mixing tank is mainly applicable to the production steps such as hydrolysis, mixing, neutralization, crystal, distillation, and storing etc.

3, Double filter
The double filter is used to filter various solids or colloids in the liquids, such as Chinese medicine, western medicine, fruit juice, syrup, milk and beverage etc. Two filters can be used interchangeably, also can be cleaned without stopping working.
4, High pressure homogenizer
Improve homogeneity and stability of products, increase the period of maintenance and reduce reaction time, so as to save the mass of activator and color.
5, Plate sterilizer
The plate sterilizer machine is sterilization equipment specially designed for juice, tea drinks or similar liquid materials. It is the ideal equipment that material can extend the shelf life purpose through sterilizing and cooling.
