Recommend technology in denim washing process

1. Desizing process:
Add GR-L101 0.5g/L (500g/machine), soap oil HP6, 0.2-0.5g/L, warmed to 50-60ºC, run 8-10 minutes, then drain cleaning.

2. Enzyme Washing process:
GR-L101, 0.2g/L (200g/machine), warmed to required temperature 40-50 ºC (or without warm), add acid or neutral cellulase (powder or liquid), adjust pH value in advanced if use acid cellulase. Washing time be based on sample plate requirement, drain cleaning after right edition.

3. Sodium hypochlorite bleaching process:
Caustic soda, 0.5-1g/L ( 500-1000g/machine, only add when heavy bleaching); spandex protector GR-L101, 1-1.5g/L (1000-1500g/machine) before adding bleaching liquor, add GR-L101, run for 3-5 minutes, warm up while running, add bleaching liquor to 50ºC in batches, add 1/5 bleaching liquor for the first time, run for a few minutes, add the remaining 4/5 bleaching liquor for the second time, according to the specific process time drift, drain liquor while flooding water after bleaching be finished, washed for 3 minutes, add dechlorination deodorant 0.3-0.5g/l, 25 ºC ×5-10min dechlorination treatment, water washing, dehydration and drying.
 

Application on garment dyeing

2. Dyeing process:
    Add GR-L101 in advanced, 1-2g/L, run 3 minutes, treated as normal dyeing process, can reach uniform dyeing, and bright color effect, and certain      and certain deepening effect
