Textile steel ring cup for ring spinning frame is our major product which we export more than 1,500,000 pieces every year. Our customers are mostly from Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia and Mexico.There are three main types of steel ring cups for export: Super-Polished, Chrome-Coated and Bearing Steel Ring Cups. Among them, super-polished steel ring cup accounts for 55%, chrome-coated 35% and rest is bearing steel ring cups.The brands we mainly export are Changzhou H.Yue, Hongze HZ, Wuxi XO Titan, Jintan JF and Jintan FX. In the meantime, we accept OEM orders with deffinite quantity.The life of super-polished steel ring cup is around 8 months, chrome-coated steel ring cup service life is around 2 years and 5 years for bearing steel ring cup. We will recommend suitable type according to customer's ring frame speed, material and yarn account.
