Banyan waste cotton, hard waste recycling machinery, with chute feed system for efficient working. This machine is suitable for banyan waste cotton / poly fabric waste / yarn waste. There are two chute feed systems for efficient opening of waste material, its output products have better spin value for spinning yarn above 10s count, this machine have two 630mm openers and five 250mm cleaners for thread less cotton fibers.
Working Principle
Input feeding material manual by conveyor lattice of first opener, then after auto continuous recycling / opening, the unopened fabric waste which dropped in bottom of the machine is carried by bamboo convey or screen and that unopened material will suctioned by fan to first opener then to second opener by 2 chute feed cotton boxes. Auto continuous recycling / opening is carried out till the textile waste convert into fibers.
