Filled PTFE resin is made of suspended PTFE resin after grinding and mixed with flling agent. Types of fllers such as
metal fllers (copper powder, key powder, nickel powder, etc.); Inorganic fllers such as graphite, carbon fber, glass fber,
molybdenum disulfide, polyether ether ketone, glass powder, ceramic powder, etc. Organic fillers such as polyimide,
polyalum, etc. One or several fllers can be selected and mixed according to the requirements.
In addition to the basic protection of PTFE holding, but also overcome the PTFE resin cold flow deformation, poor
wear resistance shortcomings, usually make the size of the product under heat or load implicit quality. It is a good
wear-resistant material with improved thermal conductivity, fexibility, stable form, reduced linear expansion coefcient
and improved creep resistance. Commonly used in the production of various piston rings, bearings, bearing bush,
valve Y, guide ring, rotary sealing packing, sealing ring, gasket and so on. Add diferent fllers according to customer
requirements.
