Rubber SEBS YH-502/YH-502T is a thermoplastic elastomer. 1, good mechanical properties: high tensile strength (≥27MPa), good elongation at break (≥540%), 300% constant elongation stress ≥4.0MPa, which makes it not easy to break when subjected to a certain external force, and has good resilience. 2, excellent aging resistance: in the artificial accelerated aging box for a week, the performance decline rate is small, has good stability, can maintain good performance for a long time. 3, good processing performance: It is a thermoplastic material, can be processed without vulcanization, flexible processing methods, can use injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other thermoplastic processing methods to manufacture a variety of objects, and the scraps can be reused, in line with environmental requirements. 4, good transparency: with high transparency, suitable for the production of products with transparency requirements, such as transparent soft toys, jelly candles, sheets and so on. 5, high degree of hydrogenation: hydrogenation degree ≥97%, which makes the double bonds in its molecular structure basically saturated, so that it has better oxidation resistance and heat resistance. 6, good chemical stability: has a good tolerance to a variety of chemical substances, chemical resistance is strong.
Scope of application:
1, can be used to produce hot melt (pressure sensitive) adhesive and plastic modification, such as for non-woven coatings, modified PP, PS, LDPE, HDPE, PPO and so on.
