The Threaded Direct Mount Thermostatic Radiator Valve Head TF-9 

TRV senses the air temperature where they are located and regulates the flow of water through the radiator to which they are fitted. They do not control the operation of the boiler. Each TRV should be set to suit each room and then left to do its job.

The thermostatic controller contains a liquid-filled element that automatically controls the valve's opening to keep the room's ambient temperature at the set temperature. This prevents temperature fluctuations in the room and achieves considerable energy savings.
