Three-layer Tissue Forming Belt For the Paper Industry
The forming belt, also known as forming fabric, is one of the most important part of the tissue machine. It separates fibers from liquid, meanwhile, provides support and transportation for the fibers. The forming belt quality directly affects the quality of the finished paper. Therefore, it is vital to ensure high-quality forming belt to achieve excellent paper by effectively separating and forming fibers during the production process.
Bolian tissue forming belts are designed with a three-ply construction with greater density and fiber support performance. This product is suitable for Crescent and PMP paper machines for producing tissue, napkins, etc.

PH is a measure of acidity, on a scale that ranges from 0 to 14, from strong acid (lower value) through neutral (7) to alkaline (higher value). The PH affects the choice of filter cloth material. For example, PP works across the range but PES is recommended only from PH=3 to PH = 9.
