1. Application
This equipment is suitable for the high temperature quenching heat treatment such as the tool steel, high speed steel, die steel, cutting tool, high strength gong makes.
2. Main technical parameters
(1)Equipment basic structure
DM serious embedded type three-phase electrode salt bath furnace is of cuboid structure. The shell is formed by the angle steel and the welding steel plate, welding the thick steel plate to make the liner. The liner is adopted the salt slot, which made by the straight brick and the standard high alumina brick. The liner is mainly used to prevent the infiltration of salt bath into the thermal insulation layer and hoisted the damaged slot out easily when repairing the salt bath. Between the shell and the liner is filled with thermal insulation brick, silicate aluminum fiber and insulation powder.
(2)Furnace temperature control system
The control components adopt automatic temperature controller. The electric control cabinet is equipped with ammeter, voltmeter, and a temperature controller. .In the electric control cabinet is equipped with CDM10-250/3300 air switch and CJ20-400 contactor, buttons, lights and other auxiliary appliance.
(3)Heating power: 130 KW,380V,50HZ.
(4)Salt bath groove size: L400×W350×H800 (mm)
(5)Design work temperature: 1350ºC
