The cosmetic adhesive roller mill is using special rollers to make sure product clean, meantime roller wear-resistant, high hardness, make sure final products high quality.
Working Princple:
It is equipped with three rollers which are in horizontal level. With the roll extruding and milling in different speed, the material is ground normally for two times, and hard or high viscosity material for more times, then obtain high quality finished products of 3-18um(testing with fineness scraper).
Rollers features:
Usually the rollers are made by cold hard alloy cast iron, centrifugal casting, the surface hardness HS70 degree; Roller diameter is precise and delicate, precessed by high precision grinding.
Models: S150, S65 for small batch or laboratory use; S405, S260 type three roller machine for batch production
