Product Description
Three-roller dough sheeter for biscuit production
Features:
1. This machine is used for feeding and initial pressing of tough biscuit
2. The roller gap is detected by displacement sensor, displayed by precise digital display, and controlled by touch screen for speed and thickness
3. The roller and the conveyor belt are controlled by independent motors for convenient adjustment
4. A 2mm thick blade is used for the scraper, which can clean and not hurt the roller
5. Main drive adopts chain drive
6. The conveyor belt is tensioned by pneumatic and deflector guide is used to prevent deviation.

7. Install emergency stop switch, automatic alarm and other safety protection devices
8. Transition mode: roller flat transition
9. Adopt no sanitary dead corner structure design, safe and sanitary
Material standard:
1. The side plate is made of 45# carbon steel with a thickness of 20mm after processing.
The surface is plated with hard chromium, and the surface hardness is HRC58-62
2. The conveyor plate is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 6mm.
3. Use SUS304 stainless steel for supporting plate and sealing cover
4. The line layout is neat and beautiful, and the groove is made of aluminum alloy (when matching the production line).
5. Motor and reducer are made by German brand: S EW/ Siemens
6. Control appliances mainly use well-known brand: s-chneider
7. The conveyor belt shall be PU belt conforming to food hygiene standards
