Product Description
We manufacture and develop the dynamic balance testing machine to make the rotor run smoothly, reduce vibration, improve speed, productivity and efficiency of the equipment.
There are main types of balancing machine as follows:
1.Transmission shaft balancing machine
The main shaft is connected by a precision coupling,which is used in the production and maintenance factories of various transmission shaft.
2.Plate centrifuge
The computer is only sampling the data in the set speed range and doing the homogenization processing, eliminating other vibration interference clutter,so that the result of good and stable repetition precision can be obtained.
3.Belt pulley balancing machine
Belt drive,equipped with inverter control drive,left and right two ductile iron pick-up frame,using high sensitivity,not easy to damage inported ceramic tablet configuration,reasonable structural design to ensure high quality balance.
4.Universal joint balancing machine
mainly used in checking the balance of rotatable bodies such as medium-sized and small-sized motors,spindles of machine tools,blower,centrifuges,generator rotor,clinopodiums,pump inpeller.
