Sn High Pressure Triple Screw Fuel Oil Pump
1. Application
Three Screw Pumps of SN series and 3G series are used to transferring lubricant, no solid contained and non-corrosive mineral oil, animal oil, vegetable oil and other lubricant liquid mediums, such as lube oil and fuel oil. Preferable viscosity of medium: 3 ~ 760 c. S. T Working temperature should be lower than 200 centigrade.
2. Basic Principle
The three screw pump is a kind of positive displacement pump (PDP) and it's composed of three meshed screw axis and the pump body which contains them. All of they form the sealing line which isolates the suction cavity and discharge cavity and also these two separated sealing cavities. When the screw axis turns, the sealing line will periodically make axial motion from suction cavity to discharge cavity, which continuously push the medium liquid from suction chamber into discharge cavity.
3. Performance Features
A. Stable working, low noise, without agitation of medium, small pulsation over flux and pressure.
B. High self-priming, no need of bottom valve or oil-pouring before start-up
C. Long life.
D. Equipped with safety valves to ensure operating safely.
4. Structure
Three Screw Pump is composed of pump body, pump liner, pump cover, driver screw axis, two driven screw axis, mechanical seal and other accessories. Safety valve is composed of valve body, seat, safety valve trim, spring and adjustment screw spindle (left hand turning), it will be installed on the top of the pump body.
