Ceramic Wear Liners
We have Three-in-one Wear-Resistant Ceramic Wear Liner,HPA Ceramic Liner,ZTA Ceramic Liner,Ceramic Rubber Liner,Polyurethane Ceramic Liner.
Ceramic Wear liners are produced by rubber or polyurethane, alumina ceramic tiles and steel backing plate through hot vulcanizing process.
Cushioning rubber or urethane layer prevents ceramic tiles breakage.
-High Alumina Ceramics, 92% ,95%,99% Al2O3,
-Available with square, rectangular, cylindrical, hexagonal, etc.
-Thickness, size and shape of ceramic are determined on the basis of application, such as materials handled, lump size, height of fall, etc.

Cushion Rubber: Superior rubber impact absorbing.
Connection: cn bonding layer adhesive(cold glue adhesive) and bolt-on or weld-on.

Type 2: Ceramic + Rubber + CN bonding layer, fastening method: via cold vulcanization.
