Our workshops have three ring rolling mills, everyday these ring rolling mills manufacture seamless hot rolled rings and bushings hundreds of Tons to supporting our customers all over the world.The max outside diameter could reach 4,500 mm. radial width of 5,00 mm max.
In our Workshop, the new 7-000 Ton Press has been running for one and half years.

Until 2013, three production line are running every day to support customers both in domestic market and international market.
7000 Ton Hydraulic Press and 3000 Ton Hydraulic Press, supporting us to offer the products with big weight.
Machining Workshop:
With right CNC machines to support three production line, our machines let us to offer precision machining service up to 5000mm.
Heat Treating Workshop:
With right way of heat treatment to seamless rolled forged ring, we offered products with good performance on technical properties, like hardness, no cracks, good impcat and etc.
With long years of experience in forging industry, Rongcheng support customers from Asia, European, USA, Mid East and etc, these customers are in the industry: capital equipment, petrolchemical, mining, energy , paper, metal working and etc.
