Q: What's your MOQ?
A: If we have the products in stock, it won't be MOQ. If need to produce, we can discuss the MOQ accordingly.
Q: How long is your delivery time?A: Generally, the delivery time is about 30days after order confirmation. But, if we have the goods in stock, it will only take 3-4days for us to do repainting and packing.
Q: What is the delivery time for bulk?A: Our lead time is generally 30 days for existing patterns, 55 days for new patterns. Exact time to be finalized on receiving of finalized orders.
Q: Can we request to advance the shipment?
A: It should be depends on whether there is sufficient inventory in our warehouse.
Q: Could you supply a sample for testing ? Is it free? A: We can supply free sample with small value, while for big ones,usually we charge half value for sample testing.
