- In product manufacturing, in order to enable users to understand the production progress and handle problems in a timely manner, our factory will actively cooperate with users and inform users of specific situations in writing or by phone regularly; at the equipment installation site, our factory provides free technical training for users' equipment operators so that the trained personnel can master the equipment's operating procedures. After the equipment quality assurance period, we can still provide extensive and preferential technical support and accept consultations.
- Our company will keep detailed and permanent archives of all resistance furnaces sold, so that we can accurately determine the possible usage problems of each customer and propose solutions.
- The warranty period for all resistance furnaces is 12 months (crucibles not included). After the equipment is commissioned and qualified, it enters the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will unconditionally repair and replace the fault caused by the supplier. For faults caused by other reasons, we will only charge the cost for paid repairs.
- After receiving notification from the user, our factory promises to respond within 24 hours, eliminate the problem in time and put it into use, and give priority to providing users with preferential, high-quality spare parts and various repair services; after the product is delivered, our company implements a designated lifelong service system for the products.
