It is using for auto casting products,motorcycle casting parts,other nonferrous metal products casting! ( such as aluminum gravity casting ,brass/copper gravity casting).
Our gravity casting unit nearly without pressure for gravity casting machine, it is easy to operate, PLC programming, and communication with robot, the robot will automatic pouring . When robot pouring the molten aluminum into the mould, gravity casting machine tilting(0-90degree), then cooling ....., we can use worker to pick up products . Our gravity casting line also can casting products with sand core .

2.How are about the delivery time?
It is about 90days after receive deposite by T/T for production line, 15-30days for other machines( such as gravity casting machine,hydraulic power unit..... )
3. How about payment term ?
it is 50% deposite, balance 50% paid before delivery.
4. How to install the equipment ?
After the goods reach you, we will arrange engineers and other workers ( it is about 3 persons) to customer's factory to install , test, trainning, and try production ,
5. How about the warranty Period?
It is one year for main components ( such as motor, solenoid valve,PLC, oil cylinder..), for other consumables , we will prepare spare parts( such as sealing rings..)
6. After sale service
We have engineers and provide intime answer for customers need. If need we deal with in customer's factory, we can do ,too
