Timars type container lifting balancer/ Gravity Centralizer for semi-automatic container spreader
Introduction:
GBM's BL Series Container Lifting Balancer is designed for the unbalanced center of gravity of container when lifting cargo. BL series overturning cranes can be suspended in quayside bridge, track crane, tire crane, portal crane, boom crane and other lifting equipment.
With BL Series, the crane operator can easily change from the normal center lifting point to find the gravity balance lift point on unevenly loaded containers and lift them in a horizontal position. The following is a comparison of hooks and Balancing Device. This means less risk for jammed containers in cellguides and will also increase safety and efficiency with reduced cost for damaged goods. The Centralizer works with any brand of fixed frame container spreader, either 20', 30' or 40'.
The chain wheel has a patent pending integrated safety wheel locking system that automatically prevents the chain wheel from turning when the lift sling and chain are tensioned when lift starts. When the unit is lowered and the wire sling and chain is slackened, the wheel is released and can rotate again, making it possible to find a new lifting point. As shown below, the 40 ton balancer device is introduced.
