Q:When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If it is very urgent, please call us or tell us in email including
quantity, specification and other details so that we can give priority to your inquiry.
Q: How Can I get samples to check the quality?
A: For stock samples, it is free, Shipping cost should be paid.
For customized sample ,mold fee should be paid. Mold fee will be refunded from the order when qty/style is up to 10,000,000pcs.
Q: How long can I expect to get the samples?
A: When we receive the paymant, the samples will be ready for delivery in 7 -15 working days based on existing mould . If not, it will take about 20days to make new mould.The samples will be sent out via express 3-5 work days.
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the quantity. Generally speaking, it will be 7-20 working days after sample approval.
