Product Profile:
Plate press line is mainly used for curing model products and flat belt(such as a conveyor belt, transmission belt, referred to as flat belt), belonging to the hydraulic machinery, main function is to provide the pressure and temperature is provided by a heating medium(usually electricity, steam, heat conduction oil)
Plate press line form structure can be divided into two types:Column plate vulcanizing machine and box type flat vulcanizing machine, according to the working layer can be single and multi-layer. According to the hydraulic system working medium can be divided into oil pressure and water pressure.
Our Machine Advantages and Functions:
1. The rapid rise of the dynamic template, slow lock tight, fast down function. Closing mould from fast to slow and exhaust from fast to slow can be adjusted respectively to improve efficiency.
2. When product curing finished, oil pump motor stop, and with automatic pressure compensation function and oil pump stop delay. Oil circuit configuration is more reasonable and reliable.
3. Bleeding time, number of gas, heating temperature and curing time can be set, easy to operate
4. With automatic and Semi-automatic, two work mode, can set up the work process of curing machine, meet the requirements of special rubber material.
5. Oil pressure cylinder applied advanced technology, reliable sealing, long life.
6. Electrical system using PLC, the full touch screen, control more convenient, accurate and reliable.
7. The hydraulic station adopts imported technology of gear pump and medium high pressure vane pump combination and other hydraulic devices, low noise, low energy consumption.
8. The model can be customized according to user' requirements.
