Usage:
The machine is mainly used to extruder composited tire tread.
Feature:
1. The built-in compounding technology ensures the precise size and shape and close combination of tired tread.
2. The machine is made by adopting introduced technologies and equipment and is composed of high-quality domestic components and some foreign parts.
3. The set is supplied in two-type: Dual cooling and one-cooling, one heating. It's also equipped with a reducer with hard-tooth gears, a hydraulic head and a temperature / pressure measuring device.
4. The set is equipped with a warm water circulation device for automatic temperature control and a DC speed invertor.
5. The dual heating set is equipped with an AC speed invertor for mechanical head. A DC speed regulator is optional.
6. Special sets can be formed and supplied at the request of users.
