Product Description
Tire and track mobile ship loader is new dock ship loader equipment, and entire ship loading system is installed on any traveling gear at any position of dock. Traveling gear adopts tire type and it applies to load various lump, granular structure and other loose materials as well as material in pack. It consists of traveling system, belt conveyer system, arm support system, discharging roller system, hydraulic control system, operation cab and electricity supply system (movable station or cable reel).
Since no special civil works are required, the mobile ship loader may operate on any suitable existing wharf area or river berth using exist-ing infrastructure thus drastically reducing the capital cost of a new export facility with the further benefit of fast track availability.We offer the most comprehensive range of Mobile Shiploader systems available with special features designed to speed vessel loading handling the complete range of dry bulk cargoes to vessels up to Panamax size at rates up to 2,000 tons per hour.
