1) Do you have some guarantees?

From the date of sale:
a. In one month: We guarantee to return & exchange if our product have quality problems (except the problems caused by wrong

b. In one year: Free for repair (If the problems caused by wrong operation, we will not responsible for delivery-back freight).
c. After one year: The cost of replacement parts and the round-trip freight of the goods will be charged at cost.
d. We supply you timeless maintenance service, asking any of your technical questions. You don't need to phone call or waste time
to return it if something small abnormal with the products. You can do all things by yourself according to the solution that our
engineers told you. You can have more confident if you have a friend who can do air-condition service job.
2) Your products brands are not famous ones, why the price is not so cheap? Can you give us more discount?
Customers always say: "Big name always costs too much, so I choose some cheaper ones but with good quality. I thought your
products can meet our needs, but the price is a little high." It is true that our price is not cheaper than that of the same
products from other companies. But it is not the most expensive ones. We just want to say the price we charged is equal to the

So we will consider giving you the best price according to the quantities and the products you order. Continuously barging is
