The ton bag unloading and feeding station consists of a frame with a unloading hopper, an electric hoist, a diaphragm valve, a pneumatic massage device, a dust removal device, etc. Lift the ton bag from the ground to the equipment inlet through a crane/forklift, manually open the diaphragm valve, drop the ton bag inlet into the silo inlet, and then close the diaphragm valve. After opening the ton bag discharge port at the side quick opening bag opening, discharge begins; This equipment is supplemented by pneumatic massage boards and vibration devices to facilitate the complete discharge of materials from the ton bag.
