1. Why is it called "Tankless Solar Water Heater"?
Inside each tube(Ø137mm), there is a high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless-steel cylinder made of food-grade 304/316 material which contains water as water tank, so it is called Tankless.
The system can contain many units and each unit has 4-8 pieces of vacuum tubes, with each tube capacity of 16 liters of water.
2. What is the greatest advantage?

The stainless-steel inner tanks of every glass vacuum tube, as water tanks, are connected in series. By adopting unique and advanced technology, the hot water flows S-shaped in each water tank, and there will be least mixing between hot and cold water, thus the hot water outlet rate is the highest in the market.
3. How about the insulation of thiskind of water heater?
Each tube is equivalent to a thermos bottle, which has good insulation performance, and there is air between the steel cylinder and the glass tubes, which also provides the added thermal insulation. and the tube openings are also insulated by good materials, ensuring optimal heat retention.
Based on our experiments conducted on the roof of an eight-story building, with daytime temperatures reaching 7°C and night temperatures dropping to -3°C or -5°C, we observed that when 15°C water was injected at 9 AM, the water temperature ranged from 55°C to 69°C at 17:00 PM. The following morning at 8 AM, the water temperature ranged from 42°C to 47°C, and by 17:00 PM, the temperature of the hot water reached 85°C-95°C.
4. Can it be used in Cold Area?
It has Automatic Anti-freeze function

5. How does it solve Limescale problem?
Pre-filter as a standard feature gives an effective limescale prevention solution to avoid any potential worry. In case there is limescale buildup inside the cylinder, we have limescale removal solutions available as well.
6. How is it installed and is it easy to maintenance?
The heater system is pressurized, which is connected to the tap-water supply system and on the other side it is connected to the shower head in the bathroom, so the pipeline system is relatively simple, and the installation and maintenance are also simple and convenient accordingly.

7. Can it add "gas water heater" or "electric water heater"?
Yes, gas or electric water heater can add to the system as auxiliary components to be used for weak or lack of sunlight.
when the water temperature in the steel cylinders (water tanks) is higher than the set temperature of the gas water heater, the gas/electric heater remains idle, allowing directly use the hot water from solaer heater,but if the water is cooler than the set temperature, the gas heater automatically start to heat water to meet your desired bathing temperature.
