Advantage:
1.Discharging door adopted full open structure and big angle (>90°),ensure material complete discharge and decrease vestigital.
2.The discharging door molding rubber seal to ensure no leakage material.
3.The gap between blade and casing ≤3mm and mixing uniformity CV≤5%(can even reach 2.3%), high mixing uniformity.
4.Mix without dead angle, short cycle, mix time is about 30-120 seconds each batch, discharging time is about 3 minutes.
5.Shaft end adopted packing seal, without leakage material, big access door structure, easy for clean and change paddle.
6.Equipped with oil liquid adding system, can add variety of liquid.
7.Liquid Sprayer adopted atomization, according to the need can install pneumatic assist sprayer and easy control.
8.According to the need can choose stainless steel or semi-stainless steel or carbon steel material to manufacture.
9.Double reduction gear belt drive, smooth transmission, save 20% power than chain drive.
10.Low wearing of the belt, easy to maintenance and repair.
11.Material mixing uniformity in zero gravity, not affected by material particle size, density and other factors.
