Basic structure and working principle:
This machine adopts electric drive mode and movable supporting wheel lifting. It is composed of a low frame, a column, a reducer, a screw, a nut, a bracket, a fork frame, a fork, an electromagnetic clutch and an electrical control cabinet. When working, through electronic control operation, the reducer drives, the screw rotates, and the nut drives the bracket and the fork wheel on the fork frame to lift. Since the wheel diameters vary, the machine's supporting fork can be adjusted according to the wheel size to be suitable for supporting wheel lifting of various models.
Safety protection device:
1. There is a steel safety nut under the working nut. When the working nut is suddenly damaged due to work wear or other reasons, the safety nut under the working nut will hold it. Because there is a steel ball rolling device, when the working nut is damaged , when it falls on the working nut, the working nut and the lifting nut are combined, idling under the action of the steel ball, and do not go up or down, which plays an insurance role.
2. There are lifting stroke limit devices at the upper and lower ends of each column to ensure automatic shutdown when overtravel occurs during operation.
3. There is an electromagnetic clutch at the top of the reducer motor to ensure that the lift brakes quickly during the ascent or descent process.
4. The traveling wheel is equipped with a hydraulic lifting device. When the lift moves, the hydraulic jack pressure rod is moved to lift the chassis off the ground for easy movement. When lifting, step on the oil release pedal or manual pressure relief handle to bring the chassis to the ground to ensure safe, stable and non-displacement lifting.
