Our company has own hardware factory, own power supplies R&D center and and workshop, and advanced led lights manufacturing facilities including auto soldering machine, SMT machines,, die casting machine,CNC machine laser machines, and electric testing device such as integrating spheres and distribution photometer. There are more than 10 low voltage aging lines to meet a monthly production capacity 500,000pcs led lamps.

Our QC team was professionally trained to ensure the quality of all the products. There are advanced equipments to test electronic and optical characteristics, waterproof and anti-corrosion function etc. We strictly implement IS09001 management process. We will fully inspect our products and 48hours aging before shipping.

Yes, we have our own factory with full product line
2.Can you offer samples?
Yes, you are welcome to place sample order to test our quality before bulk order
3.How long is your production time?
If the quantity is small, the production time is usually 5-7 days. The specific production time can be determined according to the order quantity
4.Do all products have to be tested before transportation?
Yes, we have to test all the products for 48hours at least. Under strict quality control, the failure rate is very small.
5.How about your packing?
Our cartons are made of neutral cartons. The packing of our products has been inspected to be suitable for long-distance international transportation. If they are fragile, we will pack them in wooden cases if necessary
6. How to solve the after sales problem?
Take a picture of the problem and send it to us. We will provide you with a satisfactory solution within 24 hours after confirming the problem
7. Is it OK to print my logo on box?
We provide OEM service, we would like to make the label and color box according to your requirements.
