Manual Paver Clay Concrete Hollow Brick Making Machinery
Model BM01 is a manual machine, ideal for the beginning of block industries. It can manufacture single 9" hollow blocks, also narrow channels, and paving stones, etc.
It is a stand type high density hand operated block making machine versatile to shift to any working site to cast blocks on wooden or steel pallet which is inserted on both sides.
It has a top pressing ram operated by the toggle mechanism. Bottom plate is vibrated with efficient light weight vibrating motor, or by diesel engine powered eccentric vibrator.
By pressing the operating lever, the mould leaves the blocks on the pallet. The blocks with pallet is removed and kept for wet drying manually.
Any shape of interlocking pavement blocks can be produced with different colors.

| The machine should be cleaned and kept lubricated at all points where grease caps have been provided, and tighten all the connecting bolts after the working shift. The Engine oil is suggested to be changed every 70 operating hours. | |
