Materials and Design
- Extension Arm Main Tube: Made of 200x100x3.0mm rectangular tubing, reinforced with 100x50x2.0mm rectangular tubing, and secondary beams made of 60x40x2.0mm rectangular tubing, all welded together.
- Main Post: Made of 3.0mm thick sheet metal, combined with 100x100x2.0mm rectangular tubing, with the main column dimensions of 400x100x3.0mm.
- Base: Made of 3.0mm thick sheet metal, welded together with internal reinforcement structures.
- Rear Support Rod: Made of 60x40x2.0mm rectangular tubing, laser cut and welded together.
- Upper Support Rod: Made of φ42x3.0mm round tubing, bent into shape with an automatic tube bending machine.
Features
Fasteners: All fasteners are treated with high-corrosion resistance Dacromet coating to extend service life.
Manufacturing Process
- Cutting: Products are cut using fully automatic laser cutting equipment to ensure precision and consistency.
- Welding: CO2 gas shielded welding is used for tight, firm, and aesthetically pleasing joints.
- Surface Treatment: The surface undergoes shot blasting with 0.8mm diameter steel shots to thoroughly remove rust and create a smooth surface, enhancing powder coating adhesion and ensuring a fine coating texture.
- Powder Coating: The product is treated with electrostatic powder coating, ensuring strong adhesion, coating thickness of 90μm - 150μm, 2H hardness, uniform and bright color, weather resistance, and anti-aging properties.
- Safety: The entire machine is free from hooks, pinch points, shear points, and clamping areas.
