The Photosynthesis tester can measure 12 parameters, including environmental temperature and humidity, leaf room temperature and humidity, air CO2 concentration, photosynthetic effective radiation intensity, leaf surface temperature, leaf net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, and instantaneous water use efficiency.
