TPCM 688 is an elite, high-performance, inherently tacky, and easily reworkable phase change thermal interface material. This sophisticated product is engineered to minimize contact thermal resistance by seamlessly filling the microscopic irregularities of the components it contacts. Tailored specifically to meet the rigorous thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance demands of Intel mobile processors, the TPCM 680 series features a unique material formulation. This formulation begins to soften and flow at approximately 48ºC, ensuring that it does not fully change phase at typical CPU operating temperatures, thereby minimizing migration (pump out).
