This product is white, odorless crystalline powder, insoluble in water, hydrolyzed easily when wet to generate free phenol, soluble in alcohol, ether, benzene and acetone and other organic solvents,uv absorption. Mainly used as flame retardant plasticizer for engineering plastics and phenolic resin laminates;
Used as softener for synthetic rubber and raw material for producing trimethyl phosphate; Used as cellulose nitrate and cellulose acetate, flame retardant plasticizer, fire-resistant solvents, cellulose nitrate paint, synthetic resin, roofing paper wetting agent and celluloid manufacturing camphor substitute.
