Product Description
It is used for making the paperboard into an arc shape and easy to form the paperboard cylinder in transformer manufacturing. It is the key machine for manufacturing the paperboard cylinder.
The paperboard cylinder rolling machine is mainly composed of an upper and lower roller, a pedestal, a drive and electrical control part etc.
1. Three rollers drive, the upper roller can be moved up and down, prevent slipping and have a limit control.
2. The upper roller is driven by the speed reducer and the coupling and is connected to the lower roller through the gearbox. The control panel has forward, reverse, jog, continuous rotation, drop and other buttons.
3. The upper, lower roller plating or coated with polyurethane.
4. It has a paperboard cylinder supporting mechanism that is convenient for large-diameter paperboard cylinder making, which is invented by our company.
