Q3: When can I get a quotation?
Answer: Please send an email to us and tell us the detailed information such as the product list, product pictures and drawings you need. We will provide a quotation within 24 hours.
Q4: How can I request product samples?
Answer: Free samples are provided, but the freight cost shall be borne by the buyer. The cost can be refunded after placing a formal order.
Q5: What is your delivery time?
Answer: For standard products, the delivery time is 15 to 30 days after receiving the advance payment. For OEM products, the delivery time depends on the items and quantity of the order.
Q6: What are your payment terms?
Answer: 40% by T/T as a deposit, and 60% to be paid against the copy of the bill of lading or by sight letter of credit. Also, 100% LC, 100% DP, 100% OA are acceptable (the price for DP and OA will be higher than that for TT). Before arranging the remaining payment, we will send you photos of the goods and the finished product packaging.
Q7: Will OEM products be sold to third parties?
Answer: We always put the interests of our customers first. We will never sell our customers' products to third parties without authorization. A confidentiality agreement is welcome.
Q8: What is the minimum order quantity?
Answer: The minimum order quantity can be adjusted according to different products. Please contact us by email.
Q9: What are your packaging conditions?
Generally speaking, if the buyer has no special requirements, the goods will be packed in brown cartons and then placed in fumigation-free wooden boxes/plywood boxes or pallets. Packaging can also be carried out according to the buyer's specifications.
