Three primary items are available from Viorangold, including protective film, release film, and conductive materials as follows:
(I)Protective film
Viorangold supplies PET and PE protective film. We offer PE film coated with acrylic adhesive, regular thickness of 50μm. Additionally, our PET film has a major total thickness of 25μm, 50μm, 75μm, and 100μm, coated with silicone or acrylic. Additionally, the thickness and peel force can be customized to meet client's needs. The primary purpose of protective films is to protect electronic goods' screens, covers, frames, and other pieces from damage during the manufacturing or shipping process.
(II)Release film
We supply a series of release materials including PET, PE and PP release films with regular thicknesses of 25μm, 50μm, 75μm, and 100μm, with the release force of 1-200gf/25mm. Naturally, the thickness and release force can be customized according to customer's demand. The release film is mainly used in tape backing, foam backing and die-cutting molding.
(III)Conductive products
Viorangold supplies conductive fabric and foam. The color, thickness, surface resistivity and other technical data of the conductive fabrics or foams can be customized according to customer needs. Conductive fabric and foam are widely used in the interior fittings of die-cutting board and function applications of televisions, computers, PAD, vehicle equipment, mobile phones and other electronic products.
In addition to the three main products mentioned above, Viorangold also have other products, such as glassine base paper, glassine release paper, kraft base paper, kraft release paper, wrapping tissue paper, and tape, to name a few.
