A: In order to quote earlier, please provide us the following information with your inquiry.
- Detailed drawings (STEP, CAD, PROE, DXF and PDF files)
- Material requirement (ALU.,STEEL ,IRON,COPPER,etc.)
- Surface treatment (anodizing,powder coating, sand blasting, plating, polishing, brushing)
- Quantity (per order/ per month/ annual)
- Any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labels, delivery.
2.Q: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your samples to us with drafts (Thickness, Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D files will be made by our engineer later on.
3.Q: Is it possible to know how your products going on without visiting our company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with photos or videos which show the manufacturing process.
4.Q: Can I have a trial order or samples only for several pieces?
A: We will charge sample or mold cost first, and we will refund the sample cost when you placed mass orders with negotiation.
