Air Filter
Air filter is a type of filter mainly used for air filtration in vehicle engines. The engine needs to suck in a large amount of air during operation. If the air is not filtered and the suspended dust in the air is sucked into the cylinder, it will accelerate the wear of the piston group and cylinder. Larger particles entering between the piston and cylinder can cause serious cylinder pulling, especially in dry and sandy working environments. The air filter is installed in front of the carburetor or intake pipe to filter out dust and sand particles in the air, ensuring that sufficient and clean air enters the cylinder.

This process need the knife pleating machine to fold the filter paper. It consists of multiple parts such as feeding, folding, cutting, and forming. The folding section folds the filtering medium to form a certain width, the cutting section cuts the folded filtering medium, and the forming section shapes the cut filtering medium.

2. PU Frame Molding & Air Filter Assembly
This process need PU glue injection machine to pour PU for auto air filter and industry filter. The machine designed with X-Y axial square revolving working table which can not only pour square seal pack, but also round and special seal pack.Plastic molds and PU adhesive can be buy separately.

This process is to dry the air filter to make it structure solid. It adopts the rotating disk drying, the machine cover an area of an area small, feeding and unloading material more convenient.

5. Frame Trimming
