Tube/Pipe End Expanding Machine for Pipe Mill
Pipe expander is mainly used for expanding the SSAW or LSAW pipe end to let the different batch pipes or different manufacturing pipes end to be the same. In this way, different steel pipes can be perfectly connected at the construction site.
The pipe expander is used for the pipe diameter from 325 to 1620mm. The pipe thickness is from 3mm to 25mm. The material is from Q235B to X100.
Process:
Pipe Loading - Pipe Supporting - Expanding Head Feeding - End Expanding - Expanding Head Back Forward - Pipe Dropping - Pipe Exit
Packing & Shipping
1. We use steel wire and wooden frame to fix the pipe mill.
2. In addition, used shockproof film to protect the main motors.
3. We use containers for shipping.
4. Generally speaking, we start at Tianjin sea port, but we also can start at other port according to customers need.
