Tungsten alloy ball:
There are three surface we can supply:
1) Sinter ball, with band, no grinding, This ball just sintered, that is to say no grinding, no machined. After sintered, then inspection. Mix-Pressing-Sinter-Inspection-Packing-Shipping.
2) Grinding surface: After sintered, then, grind the ball, surface is 1.6um. MiX-Pressing-Sinter-Inspection-Packing-Shipping
3) Rolling ball: This ball, which is rolled, surface is rough, tolerance is larger than sintered surface and grinding surface.
4) Machined big ball: This ball is bigger, sizes are large, after sintered, need machine, surface usually 3.2um, we can do around dia300mm ball.

Composition: W content: 90-97%,W-Ni-Fe,W-Ni-Cu
Density: 16.85~18.85g/cm3
Standard: AMS-T-21014 and ASTM-B-777
Supply state: Sintered with band or grind surface
Package: 5kgs in polybag, 20kgs in export cases (Wooden cases or Iron Drums)
Payment: Usually T/T and L/C, D/A can be accepted.
